Assist the road crew with projects that require additional support including road repairs and snow plowing.

  • Flexible Hours: Enjoy a flexible schedule with approximately 20-24 hours per week, allowing you to balance work with your personal life.

  • Competitive Pay: Earn up to $22 per hour based on your experience and skills.

What We're Looking For:

  • Outdoor Enthusiast: Must be at least 18 years old and able to work in various weather conditions. Specific work assignments are given on a daily basis and the employee is expected to complete them with only limited assistance and guidance.

  • Reliable Team Player: Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

  • Experience: Familiarity with landscaping equipment (e.g., mowers, trimmers) is required. Experience with a variety of hand and power tools and the operation of special purpose mowers.  May operate heavy weight equipment (e.g. graders, loaders, backhoe, rollers, etc.) to excavate, level terrain, move earth or materials or load trucks. May require driving a snow plow and salting machinery.

  • CDL License: Not required

  • Random Substance Abuse Testing: All employees who operate equipment will be requested to submit to random substance abuse testing when notified by a Township representative.  An employee who refuses to submit to the testing at the time of notification will be terminated.
