NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of London Britain Township will hold a public hearing and meeting on Monday December 19, 2022 at 7:00 PM immediately following a budget hearing in the meeting room of the London Britain Township Building, 81 Good Hope Road, Landenberg, PA 19350 to consider and possibly pass and enact a proposed Ordinance enacting the London Britain Township Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance of 2022. The full text of the proposed Ordinance is available for public inspection and may be examined without charge or obtained for a charge not greater than the cost thereof by scheduling an appointment during regular business hours, Monday through Thursday, 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM, except legal holidays, at the London Britain Township Building at the above address. Please call the Township at 610-255-0388 to schedule an appointment. Following is the title and a brief summary of the provisions of the proposed Ordinance. TITLE OF THE ORDINANCE - AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF LONDON BRITAIN CHESTER COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, ENACTING THE LONDON BRITAIN TOWNSHIP SUBDIVISION AND LAND DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE OF 2022 SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE: The Ordinance comprehensively regulates the subdivision and development of real property located in London Britain Township. The Ordinance repeals the London Britain Township Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance of 1981, as amended. The Ordinance is effective five days from the date of enactment.
