Supervisor and Historical Commission member Aileen Parrish, along with Historical Commission member David Hawk, met with the new property owners of the Flint Hill Rd property in May 2025. The new owners wish to inform the Township residents of the following:

A. The property was recently acquired with the plan to construct a new house, as the current historic house is beyond saving due to severe disrepair and termite damage.

B. The members of the Township Historic Commission met with the new homeowners at the current historic house to document it through photographs and measurements.

C. A demolition permit for the existing house was issued in June 2025.
