Licensed Contractors London Britain Township, Chester County Pennsylvania


		The list of licensed Contractors is made available to residents of London Britain Township to aid in the choosing of contractors. London Britain Township will publish updated lists of contractors licensed to do work in London Britain Township. London Britain Township is not endorsing any of the contractors on this list, but simply providing the public with a better means to choose contractors. It is illegal for any contractor to perform any work in the Township without being currently licensed by the state of PA or the Township and insured. Besides requiring all contractors to be licensed, the Township also requires permits for specific types of work done, please check with the Township office prior to any work to see if a permit is required. Fines will be issued if work is started without a license or if needed a permit. The resident should request to see the Township issued license or the registered PA license from the contractor to verify a license has been issued and is current.
